Suggestion about a good handheld to use with roms.
for the price, i would go psp. but android is where emulation seems easier to do. setting up a ps1 game is easier on android than trying to find the correct pops settings on the psp. if you dont like the size of the jxd7800's there is a new smaller device they made now. the jxd s5800. its...- greengod

I didn't know they made an MSU cart for the Genesis.... I knew about the SNES one and the library for that is rather large but the Genesis one has very few games+1

An FPGA could probably replicate the chip's functionality without buying donor parts.+1
