    Thats a good way too. Just bring the ps3 to a friend with an HD set, connect both HDMI and composite input. In video options switch to Composite, then switch to AV/Compo channel on the TV. Save settings, disconnect the HDMI and restart the ps3, now it should work in composite.

    First of all, we need to know what firmware ure on. Second, be sure to use the newer popsloader out there, 380v2 version. Third, boot in recovery and disable ALL PLUGINS and leave just popsloader in POPS enabled. When booting a game, hold down R until pops menu appears. Try now.
