@Cranesbill, yeah I just wanted to know alternatives to seeking help and people are just joking
  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@Xdqwerty sorry, but finding a good therapist is the best option. It'll probably get better as you grow up
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    @kijetesantakalu042, I don't trust therapists
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Cranesbill, and I can only post stuff here and in profile posts since i'm too poor and stupid to post anything at the forums
  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@Xdqwerty There's not really any better option
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@kijetesantakalu042, or atleast mine since he tells everything to my mom and they arent supposed to do that
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
We always tell you and you won't accept it so it gets old and we make jokes about it
    +2
  • Cranesbill @ Cranesbill:
What the hell does stupidity have to do when venting our your feelings?
  • Cranesbill @ Cranesbill:
    Dude I get it
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Venting is limitless when they won't do it with people that can actually change things
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Cranesbill, I havent said anything about stupidity and it being related to venting
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@K3Nv2, yeah but i'm too introvert to talk to people irl about that
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
It's like telling a dentists online you have a tooth ache and expect them to fix it without going to see them
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@Xdqwerty, I do just want to say in contrast to your earlier comment, but medication is not always useless. I'm on the lowest dose of Paxil (an antidepressant) to treat my depression, and while it doesn't do ENOUGH for me, it definitely does help a little bit. But it's all different for every person. I haven't gone back to the doctor yet to try a different medication though, because, depression lmao
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
But I definitely have noticed a significant mood change/mood instability for a few days if I stop taking it.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    @Sicklyboy, I meant meditation
    +1
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
oh maybe I misread then lol sorry!!
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
I tried meditation when I was a bit younger. Didn't help me back then and haven't tried it since.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Sicklyboy, yeah it's just sitting down crosslegged and with your eyes closed saying uhmmmm uhmmmm for like an hour until you get tired or something
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
I didn't do any of the uhmmmm uhmmmm part maybe that's why it didn't work for me 😂
  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
@Xdqwerty It doesn't really help, but it helps you realize what is wrong with you so can help yourself
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Yoga might make you feel better
  • kijetesantakalu042 @ kijetesantakalu042:
Playing twister is not helpful ken
