I've been having crappy sleep lately. Falling asleep at 4:00, wake up in panic at 6:30, then toss and turn for the next hour and get up for work, or fall back asleep and wake up at noon totally exhausted.
I used to wake up multiple times throughout the night and not be able to go back to sleep, I don't know why it stopped though
