Search about it on YouTube, there's a fairly easy way to make it out.
Since so many of us haven't had issues I'm guessing it's related to either the rom you got or maybe you didn't run the emulator through HBMenu.

The Sonic Adventure I ran is a .gdi and I didn't have any issues with it. It's a replayers rip, has Sonic Adventure (USA).gdi, Track01.bin, track02.raw, track03.bin all in a folder.
Yes actuallly. Look up Pixelacos Gameplays on YT. He's got several videos up from the last couple weeks running some Gamecube games on an unreleased L4T Lakka version.

So far I've only loaded into Sonic Adventure, beaten Chaos 0, and played through Stage 1 but it was damn near perfect for me. Obviously doing so loaded into Station Square a few different times. Your issue may be with the rom you grabbed.
Not sure if anybody has reported it, though I'm sure someone has. I've started testing it out on Sonic Adventure, which runs pretty well, but I've noticed that in cutscenes the first subtitle message that pops up is the one that it shows every time someone speaks. Rather humorous lol. Great work...
