    I know that. I wasn't asking about the u-loader software. I said g6 software. But I see it now though. Thanks. Doesn't seem to run games as well as snezzi, does it? I only tried Super Punchout, Street Fighter II Hyper Fighting, and Sim City. All three work better on snezzi.

    I didn't even know there was a lack of gba support. You really shouldn't buy this then if you already have a g6 lite. Just buy a r4 for $30 and buy a 1gb microsd card (anywhere from $5-$10 right now). Or wait a few months and look around for a sale on a 2gb-4gb microsd card. Should not cost you...

    I see. Then I should keep my g6 lite and r4 and not get this new g6 real. The r4 can already functions as a booting device, and it doesn't really matter since I flashed my ds a while back. And like I said, I'm using my g6 for games, and the r4 for music and movies--I'll end up buying a 4gb...

    So what are the differences between the g6ds real and g6 lite? Just the size capacity? If that's how it is, then I can keep my g6 lite for games and use my r4 for movies and music.

    G6 software v4.7 released

    I can't get the latest moonshell (1.71) to work. Is anyone else having the same problem? Edit: Nevermind. I see that everyone in the g6 forum section is having the same problem.

    I got it here: http://mdxonline.dyndns.org/archives/2007/..._ver16_dl.shtml It's not the beta release and on the release notes it says this was released on 1/19/07 (today).

    Hacking G6 U-Disk Manager 4.6C

    I figured out what I did wrong. I resized to 256 x 196, but that is the wrong size. Resize a bmp to 256 x 192 and put it in pdaDS\shell\ as desktop.bmp and you're set. A black background will clash with the ds rom names, so you won't be able to see some of the text depending on your picture...

    Ok, I got your background to work, but how do I make my own? I resized a jpeg to 256x196 like yours, converted it to .bmp, renamed it desktop.bmp, and put it in pdaDS\shell\ but it didn't work. Is there a certain way to do it?

    Hacking U-disk manager problem

    Thanks for that link. U-Disk generates errors and doesn't work on my computer either, I have to use a different computer and it's annoying that I can't just use mine. I'll try that out right now.
