    set it at around 3x and u should play every game fine except for POR and the DOS intro. I know because I have the same microSD card as you and these are the only problems.

    my normal sandisk 1gb plays everygame flawlessly but dos intro is abit stuttery and por freezes, will be getting either the high speed one or the kingston faster speed one when i return to singapore. other wise it's all good, haven't had any major problems. i'll go try the supercard patcher...

    load a game that has nintendo wifi, then set the settings, then quit, load beup, use firmware and it should be all good. p.s. go look for the fixed version. and run the loader in the chism directory.

    try using FAT not FAT32. mine's on FAT and working perfectly (cept for the intro to DoS, but POR is fine)

I've just tested Castlevania POR, and intros run fine without stutters, it detects my NORMAL Sandisk 1GB as 2x, but putting it at 3x worked fine, tested the intro of POR at both 2x and 3x speed and it runs fine.
