    If you check on GameFaqs Red Scarlet's guide from Dragon Quest 8 has spell names and their translations (using the old Dragon Warrior style names like Healmore etc). That's what I've been using to keep track of what spells do.

    So I tried the following: 1. Attempted to apply the patch to a patched ROM with Inifinity's patch from yesterday. No go on this one. 2. Applied the patch to a clean ROM, which did work. Game loads up fine on my R4 and my save loaded fine as well but nothing looks different. I'm in the town...

    FF7 is about as cyber punk as Barbie Horse Adventures. And FFXII really doesn't have much to do with VS outside of some cursory references. FFXII is a FF game.

    Anyone test Castlevania PoR yet? I can get to the screen where I assume you're supposed to enter the emblem but after that nothing. I have both the ARM files and the Firmware.BIN. Any help would be appreciated!

    3 semesters of college will get you to the literacy level of a 5 year old, minus kanji. I think you'd have to minor in Japanese to get to a comfortable speaking level, and even then your reading will be so so at best. Learning the radicals makes learning and reading Kanji easier but it's no walk...

    I'm 23 and I played the first one released on the system awhile back. It played like a dumbed down Tecmo Bowl. I haven't tried this one yet, but if you liked Tecmo Bowl on the NES it might be worth a chance.

    Batman Begins is loosely based on Frank Millers awesome Batman Year One graphic novel. Highly recommended. The PS2 game for the movie was decent, although short and didn't have as much freedom as I hoped (too scripted), I'll give this a try although my expectations for a GBA game are never high.
