DYour welcome! Yeah, the Gen 3 does cart flashing but I'll probably never use it, I didn't want to wait on the Joey Jr so I got the Gen 3. It takes a little bit to set up, but it's not hard if your using windows.DOh yes, it can extract saves from Gameboy games... I got my Game And Watch Gallery progress off of there no problem! It ships from Australia, I'm in the US so it took a little while to get here but it was worth the wait. It's a little bit expensive but it's worth it when you have a lot of games.
