Hacking supercard software 2.57 out !!!

Update(2006.11.05):SOFTWARE: SuperCard V2.57 & Firmware V1.7(2006.11.05)

Firmware v1.7:
# Game list changed, the newest game will be displayed at the first position.
# The main menu of CF, SD, Mini SD, Micro SD versions have been changed as SuperCard Rumble series.

Software V2.57:
# The I/O system of NDS games has been redesigned, it's fast than before, increase the NDS games compatibility.
# Added NEW DMA(fast reading option), increase the speed of reading flash memory card, increase the NDS games compatibility.
# Fixed the Rumble Series can not run IQUE games, Fix NDS games 0472, 0286 balck screen bug.
# NDS game 0252 need high speed flash memory card, so SD, MiniSD version sometimes will halt in the game, but CF, MicroSD, Rumble Series seldem halt in this game.

Important: To who download the v2.57 and V1.7 yesterday
We updated the v2.57 and Firmware V1.7 yesterday, but there are some bugs,
# GBA can not list the files, or NDS can not list the files at GBA mode.
# The save file is not compatible with old save file.
If you are the user update the v2.57 & V1.7 yesterday, please download it again, we fix the two bugs today. If you are a GBA user, and there is no file in the list when update, please delete the "scfont.fon" at the root of flash memory card.

They have also change the filesystem sorting... Newest file came on top of the list...

Heh. If Tony Hawk doesn't work, then what use is this new version? I mean, it's the ONLY game that doesn't currently work (that I care about, I dunno if any other games don't patch properly, as all of mine work, trimmed to the max)

Seems the dma option is a speed up for mem access. Someone with a minisd said they saw a big improvement in the vania vid with dma enabled... I can't tell because the vid ran fine for me anyway on my sc-cf.

Seems this update cpnsists of ....

1) new menu screen
2) dma speed up option.. probably mostly usefull for SC SD/miniSD owners
3) a few fixes for games 286, 252 and 472 (I didn't even know those had problems)

pity THDJ didn't get fixed

Tony is not working the credits come then must the menu of the game come then is black screens how can this???

On supercard.tk, apparead the translated changelog:

1. NDS game time to rewrite the memory card procedures, faster encoding
2. Reading joined the DMA memory card option will speed up the encoding speed
3. Vibration operation IQUE amended version of the game can be amended 0472,0286 Blank Screen
4. 0252 pace of the game because of Reading memory card, SD, Mini SD version there will be a lock.

Put it on the SD card and run it from the menu.

a lot of new GBA games didn't work with the old version
hope this new one fixed them

Because you wrote them in alphabetical order and it's showing you the last modified at the top?
