Rein and Reinmoon are not complatible with an r4DS so if someone can give me the link to download savsendreceive, I would really appreciate it. Or a better homebrew than savsendreceive. That would work too.

45 minutes is not a long wait and moreover the question has been answered on more than a few occasions.

3 options:
savsender:

rudolph's FTP dumping tools

3 in 1 and Rudolph's tools. Naturally you need a 3 in 1.

Rudolph's tools are made for dumping roms but have save backup/restore options as well.
Just to make it complete those with an older GBA slot cart that supports DLDI (EZ4, M3, supercard.....) rudolph also made a tool for that (see downloads section) but that will not work here so I will only mention it in passing. There are also some tools (mainly from cory1492) that use the SRAM of even older carts without DLDI.

The fourth option of swapping the cart back and forth will generally not work on most carts so nobody has really explored it.

Savsender uses wifi and a psuedo custom protocol but works with most things, the FTP app is very fussy about the FTP server used on your PC last time I checked so it is probably worse.

Thanks! I tried using savsender but I'm not very experienced with coding and router work and stuff so is savsendreceive a good choice? I think rein and the others are just for slot-2 cards... And about rudolph's... I don't think it's quite a good choice because I never heard of it before.....

Rudolph is possibly one of the best hackers of DS stuff out there and has been involved in everything from hacking sakura to run on different carts, writing DLDI patches, making tools that later became the de facto tools to run the 3 in 1 and various other expansion packs on different carts, highly polished rom dumpers (DLDI, FTP and 3 in 1 and saves as you have seen) to general information and hacking games. Secondly you asked us so I do not quite understand your reluctance.

SavSendReceive is a frontend to the savsender. It just provides a nice frontend for the last stages and as you are probably using your internal network it is worth trying it out without fiddling with router settings (most I have ever seen have few or no limits on internal stuff).

rein, rain and reinmoon are for GBA slot/slot 2 carts and they are limited in what they can run on even then (they were pre DLDI for the most part and not wishing to bring back memories I shall not elaborate).
