This one and the super Famicom one are named "Nintendo Power". The game boy one is the "Nintendo Power Cartridge", and the other is "Nintendo Power Cassette". This was made by Nintendo with the objective of releasing shelf space for N64 games.
Here's something you don't hear much about. In the 90's, Nintendo made their own official flash carts for Gameboys. Japan only, of course. If you had one of these, you could go to the local convenience store or other retailer where Nintendo had a Gameboy "Memory Cartridge" kiosk. Put in your cartridge, select a game from a menu, insert funds, and the game is written. Existing ROMs may be overwritten. see next photo->
