Hi! (I made an account to specifically ask this question) Is it possible to get the jksm 3ds file for my pc for the 11.3 version of the new 3ds still? I never updated my 3ds and I got a new computer since then, so I don't have the jksv stuff on my pc anymore, but I really want to hack my animal crossing new leaf game a couple more times before the internet function dies in march. I still have the homebrew for 11.3 on it and it can still export the game file. I just need the jksv zip file for my pc to find the garden plus.dat file

You can use jksv if you have access to CFW, feel free to update the 3DS, CFW work fine on latest firmware.
Is it easy to find the CFW guide? I also have the galaxy new 3ds that i've kept up to date but it doesn't have homebrew installed. Would it be easier to use the updated 3ds or the older one with homebrew?

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the bottom screen menu font and text position in Retroarch? I am making some themes that have light colors and the all white text isn't noticeable. There are font options in the retroarch menu, however I would only like to change the font in that menu and not the whole retroarch UI.

So, I'm from Brazil and I have a New 3DS XL with an USA Nintendo Network (at the time I bought it, it was easier and cheaper to buy games with it), but I wanted to change it to a Brazilian NNID, because the dollar is very expensive right now and a lot of games I want to buy before the closure of the store are a lot cheaper on the Brazilian eShop.
So, I've contacted Nintendo about transferring all my purchases to a Brazilian NNID, and they said they would do it, but then said it was not possible and didn't gave me a reason for it. I wanted to buy some games and DLCs for games I already have, but the dollar's gonna make it really expensive...
So, I wanted to know if I could format my console (backing up the files I already have on it), make a Brazilian NNID on my 3DS, and with CFW copy all the original digital games I own on this USA NNID to the console with a Brazilian one.
Would the games work (I've already used CTRTransfer to restore a KeyY from a profile I previously had, and it worked perfectly, but would it work if I changed the console's NNID too?)?
Would I get banned?
Also, if I had a digital game that I bought with an USA NNID and then transfered to a Brazilian NNID, could I still buy DLC for it on the Brazilian eShop?

If your concern is to backup your purchased games, it's straightforward, you can do so with GodMode9. Either as Legit cia (since yours are legit), or as standard cia.
I'd recommend backing up your saves with Checkpoint. Because they're separate, the moment you format the system, even if you have a backup of the encrypted saves, the process is less straightforward in comparison with just backing them up with Checkpoint.

Your backed up legit/or standard cias? Yes. And since you have cfw installed you can install either just fine..
Nope.
You can buy DLCs just fine. But if they'll work with your US (cia) purchased game, or not i'm not sure.

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
