Hi all, recently I unfortunately experienced a data wipe on my PC's hard drive. On it, I had a folder with my Wii U' SD card's contents inside. I am asking if anyone is willing to share files such as the haxchi boot file, and every other required file. I appreciate the help, as this would be huge since I lost everything. Thank you.

You can get almost everything here

https://apps.fortheusers.org/wiiu

cant help with anything specific if you don't give us info on what you actually need..
thanks for this. this helped with a few things. what i sort of meant above is that i need the files that are legitimately required to use a homebrewed wii u, like things that wont boot unless you have the files.

What may I ask did you use to Homebrew your Wii U? Because most modding processes wont prevent boot in case of missing files. Tiramisu for example just boots straight to Wii U menu in case of missing files / no SD card.

Edit: unless you're talking about booting into Homebrew itself :P in that case you can just download necessary files from the link I gave above ;)

I used Haxchi and a copy of New Super Mario Bros. to homebrew my Wii U. I'm pretty sure I followed the Wii U Hacks Guide page. Tiramisu sounds pretty safe, but I guess I'm stuck with Haxchi.

CBHC or regular Haxchi? Because regular Haxchi only installs a run-time CFW and Homebrew Launcher over a DS VC Title, doesn't affect boot at all! ;) CBHC is Cold Boot Haxchi which yes can impact boot but that's only if you set it up to behave that way, as users of CBHC have stated before boot without SD Card is possible :P

but I guess I'm stuck with Haxchi.
On the contrary! Both regular Haxchi and CBHC have approved uninstallation methods :toot:

Ah, I did not know they have uninstallation methods, that's great! And I have regular Haxchi.

What about https://wiiu.hacks.guide/#/archive/haxchi/sd-preparation ? ;)

//EDIT:
I did not know they have uninstallation methods
It's all at the official guide:
https://wiiu.hacks.guide/#/tiramisu/sd-preparation
If you have an existing legacy CFW setup
For CBHC users: go to the Uninstall CBHC page to uninstall CBHC.
For Haxchi users: uninstall the Haxchi app from Data Management in the System Settings app.
For Mocha CFW (Indexiine) users: go to the Uninstall Indexiine page to uninstall Indexiine.
For Mocha CFW (Online Exploit) users: you do not need to do anything before following this guide.
