So you re-installed by doing exactly what I said then, and not just installing it again without deleting it first?
If so, then re-format your SD card by following this guide: https://dsi.cfw.guide/sd-card-setup.html
If the issue persists, then try another SD card.
If the issue still persists, then I'm out of ideas.
Follow up I got to do those things again and nothing works I'm out of ideas too and I still got 122GB left on my SD card so idk

Hi.
I have a ndsi xl with TWiLight Menu++ v21.1.0 and nds-bootstrap v0.44.1 and neods runs fine.
Today I update to TWiLight Menu++ v24.6.0 with bootstrap v0.56.0 and neods stop working. The top screen is blank and the bottom screen is black.

I noticed that the folder [Ramdisks] that was in the neods.nds folder, dissapear.
Doing some test, I found that if I restore the file r4menu.srldr, neods start to work again and the folder [Ramdisks] appear again, but then the neogeo color emulator don't work.

Does anyone know what can happen? If it is necessary to modify some options in the TWiLight configuration?
Thanks.

It should be normal for the "ramdisks" folder to not appear. TWiLight Menu++ and nds-bootstrap can still read it regardless.
For NeoDS, make sure "Direct boot" is turned off and "Run in" is set to "DS mode".

Hello, Naruto Shinobi Rumble still doesn't work? I have white screen after logo title, 3ds twilight.
Tested US and JP versions, same problem.
Try turning off card read DMA in the per-game settings menu.
If the issue persists, and the ROM works fine in emulators or flashcards (no nds-bootstrap), then wait for a fix.

v24.7.0: 5/5 release, and 5th birthday!

Includes nds-bootstrap v0.57.0

Reminder: If you get a white screen crash instead of the ROM menu being shown, hold SELECT during the splash screen or after you launched TWLMenu++, to open TWLMenu++ Settings, and change the `DSi/3DS Theme` Music setting to something other than `Theme`.

What's new?
  • Updated B4DS DSiWare whitelist to accommodate for the included nds-bootstrap version.
  • Added warning messages when launching Art Style: Aquia, Flipper, and Mighty Milky Way on flashcards in DS mode.
  • (@Pk11) Allowed skins to set username/date/time X/Y and override settings for macro mode.
Improvement
  • (@Pk11 and various) Updated translations.
Bug fixes
  • R4/GBC themes: Fixed recent console icon additions not being displayed.
  • Fixed trying to read custom skin BGM, if no custom skin is found.
  • Slot-1 is now inited properly, regardless of the `Slot-1 microSD access` setting.
    • This allows certain flashcards to be launched (ex. Gateway Blue Card).
  • Fixed `Set as Donor ROM` option not showing on flashcards if nds-bootstrap is off.
  • (@DieGo367) Various grayscale color mode fixes.
  • Fixed bugged sounds in Pictochat and DLP, if not using DSiWarehax.

I still can't update because it gets stuck with a white screen as soon as I turn on my DSi with CFW Hiya...

Can anyone tell me why it happens and what to do? delete files, deactivate some option in settings...

Try doing a clean install of TWiLight, uninstall and reinstall (note: make a backup of your _nds folder if you don't want to lose your skins and settings and such, most of it can probably be restored)

I think that seems to be fixing the problem, though I'm not sure exactly why. You could also try simply holding SELECT while loading TWiLight and disabling "DSi/3DS Theme Music" in settings, that also seems to fix it.

Well, unfortunately it still doesn't work. First I deleted all contents of the /nds folder and I put the files of version 24.4 because it is the only one that works to be able to deactivate the music of DSi / 3DS themes, which I have done. Then I have updated to the latest version and despite everything it keeps getting stuck, however going back to v24.4 everything works again...

And pressing Select just brings up a Hiya CFW autoboot screen.

The issue can be fixed by skipping hiyaCFW, and instead having Unlaunch directly boot TWLMenu++.

Ok but that solution is partial, that is, for some reason having HiyaCFW configured as autoboot causes a crash since v24.5. If in future versions this is going to be a problem or incompatibility I prefer to uninstall HiyaCFW if possible or skip it in this case

Can you still launch TWiLight Menu++ in hiyaCFW normally without autobooting to it?
Autoboot title can be turned off in the hiyaCFW config menu.

These days, there's no reason to use hiyaCFW anymore, unless it's to launch some DSiWare that nds-bootstrap cannot run properly yet.

JellyCar 2 could be more stable with the heap change, but still crashes after two or three levels. The Calculator crashes using select (credits?) and the Flashlight crashes using the help button. I love how the Flashlight has more people in the credits than Shovel Knight, for example

Could be the laziest and most useless DSiWare app.
