I'm using a VC injected Emerald on my 2DS XL. Before, the berries I planted all grew without a problem. After moving its save game back and forth between GBAs and the 2DS XL, as well as moving Pokemon to and from Pokemon Box: Ruby and Sapphire, now all of a sudden the berries have stopped growing.

Does it maybe have anything to do with the timestamp of the save? I have noticed the clock in the hero's bedroom, the time of the file itself and the actual 2DS clock don't match.
Any ideas on how to get the berries to grow again on the 2DS? I'm hesitant about copying the save game back to my EZ Flash Omega, as I have had a recent - and very scary - history of save corruptions.

Use godmode to change your systems time to a time/date ahead of the save file
