Hacking Rebug Rex 484.2? Cobra 8.3?

Are any of you still on Rebug Rex?

not me. I'm on evilnat. it has far more features, and rebug is only really needed for dex. if you don't use dex, I would say you should update. though, there are bugs on both 4.84.3 rex and evilnat (the same bugs), which is why some people are asking for evilnat. I haven't noticed any myself, but I no longer play the ps3 anyway.

@Evilnat when you come back I would like to ask you for 2 features in the xai plugin

1- Unprotect saved data , I know save converter removes protection, but only the ones on USB, unprotecting them for the current user would be awesome allowing them to be copied to usb devices. (/home/currentuser/savedata)

2- Trophy Converter, to resign trophy backups on usb devices (/PS3/TROPHY) to the current user.

BTW aldo pointed out some problems in the xai plugin like memory leaks and etc, check it at psx-place

well, @Evilnat is missing. I've tried contacting him on github, and I got no response. the only reason he's on here is because I mentioned our concerns for him. he was having computer problems, so I don't know if that's still an issue or not. I need his email address or cell number (especially) to contact him directly, but I have neither.

I thought I had his email address, since I donated to him last year. it seems it's now a paypal.me address, which is what you do if you don't want people to know your email address. I gave one to myself as well as my dad, though he doesn't know about it.

Think that overclocks thr rsx. It's for evilnat 4 88.1 (don't know if it's compatible with .2). There are two factors core and ram usage iirc, and you can choose which one to use. Still needs testing, don't mess with it right now unless you have an e3 flasher.

it's too early to tell if there are any long term negative effects with it. I personally wouldn't use it, because it could decrease the lifespan of your system.
