Erista SXOS to Atmosphere Emumand migration, everything works but super slow boot and slow to launch games

Hi everyone.

I've been out of the scene for a while but just got back into it, updated my SXOS Erista switch using this guide: https://switchway.xyz/migrate-sx-os-emunand

I have a SXOS Pro dongle and a genuine Sandisk 400gb Ultra that had a Emunand with Hidden partition installed.

Latest Firmware and Atmosphere installed. Migration worked great and everything works but its so slow it is driving my crazy... 5min minimum to boot, 1min to launch a game... Any tips on how I could fix this?

It should never be that slow takes me less than 10 secs to boot and instantly for games

I know this is not normal.... investigating what my options are without having to re-install 400gb worth of games a wipe out my card....

Well I'll answer my own question... the was 2 hidden folders in the switch folder names .get and .overlay.
I deleted those (it took 10 min to delete 100mb worth which mean this must have bugged the switch) and now 100% back up a running again

.overlay is for Tesla stuff. Are you using a CFW pack? Kinda weird that would just show up on your SD Card. If you go in to your contents folder (or titles? I can never remember what Atmosphere renamed it to) there will probably be a folder ending in 7ESLA that you can delete too.

I used a CFW pack from the link in the OP (custom chip one because I have SXOS pro dongle)... but .get and .overlay folder wasn;' in the pack... (just checked).... must have been some very old stuff I have never noticed from years of toying around the Switch on one Emunand created in SXOS a couple years ago.. didn't seem to matter on SXOS but on the latest Atmosphere massive bog down.. Can't find any TESLA folder... anyway happy to be up and running again
