is there a difference between loading the app through the hombrew launcher and like a channel? I´m getting the corrupted data message when trying to install ZombiiU (I downloaded it to the SD when I launched the app as a channel)
You should just run through homebrew launcher anyways. sometimes forwarders cause errors.

No.

What NUSspli version?
The latest, 1.82. For ZombiU I downloaded it to the SD instead and the installation went just fine, but I also tried with Lego City (downloading to the USB because it´s to heavy for my SD) and I´m getting again the corrupted data message when I install it (yes I removed the install folder after the first try).

nusspil is great, clean and easy to use, and if you couple that LAN it works super great,
i wonder if it'll stop working on the wii u eshop shuts down in 3/23?
i kinda feared that the eshop for wiiu/3ds would shut down sometime,
nintendo is being stupid @$$holes for doing this, and the reason they state is total BS,
i mean how coould they keep them going up to now? it's simply ridicluous to just shut down and entre genreation
wroth of good games just beacuse they can't bother to maintain them,
this pisses off alot of nintendo fan gamers (hardcore/causal/old/new)
well more like all the gamers who had/played a wii u/3ds, the newer gamers who only know of the swtich aren't that pissed,
but eveyrone else, boy is super pissed at nintendo right now.

this dissicon might hurt nintendo more than gamers in the end, as they will lose many happy customers byt this closure,
people will hate nintendo for this shutdown, good thing for homebrew to keep dem games alive even if there is no eshop present. :)

so, grab what you when using nusspuli since it can do that, while the ehsop is still working, cause after 3/23,
bye bye wii u games on ehsop forever :( .

@2DSGamerdude Nice rant but re-read Nintendos announcement, they won't stop downloads so NUSspli will most likely continue to work:
Even after late March 2023, and for the foreseeable future, it will still be possible to redownload games and DLC, receive software updates and enjoy online play on Wii U and the Nintendo 3DS family of systems.

//EDIT: @helado123 Could you tell me the last working NUSspli version, please?

Mmm do you mean the last version that worked for me? This is the first time I use the app, and the version I´m using is 1.82, btw my USB HDD also has a power cable so I guess that´s not the issue.

EDIT: BTW I´m not sure if the game is the problem because I`ve installed games through the USB HDD with NUSspli before and they install just fine, but with this specific game (LEGO City) I already downloaded it two times and it´s the same thing when installing "corrupted data"

Yes.

but this suggests there is an issue with the drive and/or its power supply:
when I went into the USB Drive Data I got a message saying there was some data to be deleted from my USB driver, giving me options to delete right now or later, I chose to delete it and now it shows "Deleting... Please do not dissconect the USB storage device or turn off the power" and it has been loading for like... 30 min...

LEGO City
Can't recreate. Seriously: You seem to be the only one who's able to recreate this even after deleting the corrupted files. So again: Could you tell me the last working NUSspli version, please?

Im not sure if I'm not understanding the question... I used NUSspli for the first time last week, and the version I took from github was 1.82 that's the only one I've been using

I have a US Wii U, and physical copies (EU) of Finding Teddy 2 and Shmup Collection.
I saw and downloaded the updates for these games that are listed in NUSspli. The original games were never listed on the eShop (and therefore cannot be downloaded through NUSspli. Yes, 'Chronicles of Teddy' exists, but is an inferior, somehow even glitchier version).
I currently play them through OurLoader, but this cannot see the downloaded updates, and just runs off of disk (Finding Teddy 2 and Art Academy Atelier notably have a bad habit of crashing when run in this way).
Dumpling (unlike DDD) is able to dump these foreign disks just fine, but it ends up in cemu format, and I have been unable to get them repacked into a way to install them through a WUP Installer. I expect (and please correct me if I'm wrong) that I would be able to apply the updates to a title installed in this manner just fine.
I think an old tool titled 'Wii U Installer Packer V4' or what I infer is the latest 'V5' would be sufficient for me to do that, but all download links I've seen posted are defunct.
What is the best way to get this game data into a format that I can actually play them with the available updates?

Got that but then again you're the only one who's able to recreate this bug so test older versions, please.

I´m seeing that when I try to install big files (11gb, 17gb, etc) usually I get the "corrupted files" message when I install them, I let them downloading during the night so I can´t tell for sure if the download stops and reloads, someone has a solution for this? that happened with version 1.82, now I´m trying with 1.72 (the download just started but when I tried to install something I get a message that says "update homebrew launcher"

You can disable reloading in NUSsplis settings.

Oh right, there are some bugs on older versions. As a workaround try installing the downloaded stuff with WUP Installer.

WUP installer only can install files in SD, right? or also files in USB?

Also... it would be nice to delete files directly from NUSspli, is this a possible feature in the future? I mean in case I download a game to the USB but the files are corrupted so I dont have to use FTP every time

@V10lator how does the reloading feature works? For example if it fails at 00000009.app at 50% it will delete the file and download it again from zero? Or it doesn't delete it and keep both or overwrite it? ... I think that might be my problem

I'm not sure this has ever been asked (I couldn't find it in the FAQ) but do you think it would be possible to make use of the multitasking? Something like what the download management does, as you can keep using the Wii U for other things while having something is downloading in the background.

NUSspli is multitasked already (IIRC UI on core 1, storage I/O on core 0, downloads on core 2 and a few minor threads switching cores).

That has nothing to do with mutitasking. Anyway, something like this is a longterm goal (not before Aroma has been released but even then: No ETA).

Well, I was talking about multitasking from an UX standpoint... But that makes sense I guess.
