Capture video on O3DSXL w/o capture card?

I have a hacked OLD 3DS and I want to record a video of my gameplay on it. Of course, I can just hold my camera in front of it the entire time, but the Switch has it so much more convenient by just holding a button.

With a Google search, there were lots of results spammed by corporation shilling their products (such as Wondershare which is famous for hijacking search results). I also found a GBATemp thread which said that it is ONLY available for a N3DS, which is physically impossible to get here.

And of course, I do not want to buy extra hardware so I can record a stupid video.

You can try this, but pretty suck you would only get like 20-30 fps, not 60 fps compare to a hardware capture card.

Where do I download the required .cias? I don't see any download link on that thread.
EDIT: I found a .rar with the .cias.
