U will have to port GZDoom to 3dsi have been trying to use WADs like si6il and brutal doom on PRBoom3ds but it wont work!

I'd say that's not possible for the 3ds, but I remember when people said N64 wasn't possible for the 3ds and look what happened thereU will have to port GZDoom to 3ds
sigil COMPAT(v1_0), Brutaldeh and Boiled DooM doesnt work, all that shows up is regular DooM.You are not going to get Brutal Doom to run through PrBoom. That mod requires a GZDoom or Zandronum; neither having ports for the 3DS. However, there is a mod called Boiled Doom, which attempts to recreate Brutal Doom for vanilla Doom so that in theory should work.
For Sigil (assuming you downloaded it from rome.ro), you need to use the "COMPAT" version if you want to run it in ports that don't support MAPINFO such as PrBoom3DS.
PWADs don't show at the IWAD launcher. You need to select one of the IWADs, then go to Options>General>"Files Preloaded at Game Startup" then type the name of the WAD file in one of the two slots.
