Homebrew is there anyway to Mod Wii games using USB?

my SD Card reader broke recently and i wanna play some mario kart and smash bros mods is there any possible way to mod with a usb?

Yes, most homebrew can be run from a fat32-formatted USB hd. You can use usbloadergx nintendont and all relevant stuff without any sdcard inserted.

Place your homebrews and your games on your USB support (recommend FAT32), then go to the HBC ==> press 1 on your wiimote and choose USB, then you will be able to access your games and your homebrews

ive already done all of this i just have no clue how to install mods using usb and when i asked i got told i couldnt
