ROM Hack Saints Row PC mods supposedly works on the Switch

So I've been trying to find a way to bring PC mods to the Switch version, and someone told me that he could use many of the mods with only xbtl files, unconverted, by just putting them in "atmosphere\contents\01008D100D43E000\romfs". I tried that but none of the mods I tried were working.

I hope someone else who's interested in getting mods to work on Switch could try this too, so if you can get it working as well maybe it's something else on my end that's preventing the mods from working.

I realize this is a post almost a year old and I assume op wanted saints row four but I found this looking into moding saints row three and this works for three.

The only files that worked with the switch version .xtbl files which is basically xml files. Model and texture files don't work or cause the game to crash. Trying to rename the files to nx64 gives a infinite loading screen which apparently happens on pc when you don't update ASM_PC/ files for the mods. From what I can tell a (pc) copy of the game is need to update them with the tool and even then I don't know it it would work with the Switch version . I also ended up playing saint row 4 and .xtbl files worked for it to. Apparently sr4 for PC added a mod folder but that didn't seem to work for the switch version. I saw the thread with the guy claiming he got a nude mod to work but all that works it removing the censor so you end up with a "Ken/Barbie doll body". I also tried extracting the switch file and it didn't work for sr3 but it did four sr4 and no amount amount a renaming or replacing work for me but I did manage to make the body invisible so maybe something could work.

haha yeah I guess that's probably the extent we could do without having actual modding tools and modder support on the Switch for this game.
