I smoke fags when ever I want to and people who don't like it can piss off.
I already go out of my way to find a quiet spot to enjoy a cancer stick.

Laws are the voice of the people. If people wanna smoke then people are gonna smoke
If anything it's important to ally with them so everyone can have the freedom if they so choose. Everyone knows the consequences, and that's the biggest thing that matters

Tobbaco is just an old profitable resource. Unfortunately it has become the #1 stress reliever than any drug. I would know, my grandfather raised me ever since I was a baby and I grew up witnessing his addiction getting worse till it claimed his life with stage 4 lung cancer May 4th of 2020. He literally couldn't go a day without smoking a pack or 2.

With how high the prices get, it can be considered illegal, at least over here.
Loved it when dad had his retirement and told us how it would be a big change with the monthly money, like, no, just stop smoking and you have 300€ every month.
I get that you enjoy it, but once it is an addiction you should stop for good.

I'm repeating myself from many other topics like this. I'm not bothered in principle but it does seem to make my chest feel tight so I'll tend to stay away from where people are smoking... which only really becomes a problem when dickheads do it at the entrance or exit of a supermarket and I'm with the kids. Then I have no qualms about telling you to kindly fuck off... kinda like how some people act towards unvaccinated/unmasked.

If you want to be scientific. You have to have all angles. The human body is widely still unknown. At the same time we are just as tough as any other animal outlive most even with lifelong smoking.

Smoking shouldn't be outlawed but it should be made to only be available in specific places (the "smoke pits", so to speak) to keep second-hand smoke away from other individuals, and there should be clear paths to getting off cigarettes. Plus, additives shouldn't be added to increase the addiction someone may get from smoking. Make those things a reality, and I don't care if people choose to smoke whatever they want to smoke.

But then again, I'm just a woman, and I learned today in a locked EoF thread that misogyny for no reason is funny to at least one moderator here, so feel free to ignore my opinion.
