Gb/gba cartridges dumper/clone console to plug to a pc in 2021?

Hi! As time goes by I'm more and more worried my saves are already erased, but since my gba died in 2009 or something I have no way to check. If they are still in the cartridges, I would like to dump them, so I'd like advices on what hardware I should buy for that. Since the use would be limited, I would probably sell the dumper or clone console to a second hand store, so I'd rather not have something that looks like this

If you have a good idea of a clone console I might actually keep it, so maybe something that can rewrite the save on the cartridge?

I did try to search on Google but I guess I don't use the right terms, that's why I rely on you.

The original InsideGadgets GBxCart RW is cheaper (even with shipping) and it's possible to update the firmware. There is no point in getting the more expensive Flash Boy clone.
