Hacking I "bricked" my switch and got it running again, but what now?

I wanted to clear my switch of any cfw related data because I was getting confused with all the folders and stuff on my sd as I didn't use my switch a little longer. (I used the emummc method btw)
I restored a NAND backup from like 2 years ago and tried to start it in stock. (now i know thats a bad thing to do)
I soldered my back- and metal plate and reconnected the battery and emmc chip to get into rcm, bc my switch didnt do it the other way anymore.
Now I can at least get back into cfw but I wanna know how I can safely do everything cfw or homebrew related from 0 again.

First, thanks for the reply, but I don't really know, how I can get to the stock system that's on the emmc chip from where I am. I can only boot into the cfw on the emummc. When I try to boot stock fw the switch goes into panic mode or smth and I have to reconnect battery and emmc chip again. Is there a way to get the stock fw on the newest version without needing to boot stock fw?

Okay I totally forgot about daybreak, I'm sorry I will try following the guide to manually upgrade my switch with that, when I'm home.

That is most likely because your firmware is currently lower than your fuse count.
