Alternate ways of editing movable.sed KeyY

I took my New 3DS’s movable.sed into HxD on my laptop to try and edit the KeyY so it could match my Nintendo 3DS ID0 folder on my SD Card, but I wasn’t able to find the KeyY that would match the ID0 folder. Are there any alternative ways to get make the KeyY and ID0 match? Also I don’t know if this would have an effect on the movable.sed but my Old 3DS was involved in two system transfers.
