Hacking Smash bros for 3ds freezes on master hand

I recently got the update and dlc for super smash bros for the 3ds (it's a CIA btw) when i go to fight master hand on classic mode the game freezes when i go to check my trophies it also freezes i've seen people that had the same issue but i can't update smash bros from the eshop because the eshop is not available on my country i know i can change my region settings but if i do that my nintendo network account goes bye bye i did uninstall the update it works but i dont have online and i cant use my save file what do i do?

Yeah so i decided to sacrifice my NNID to fix the issue if you have the same issue here is how to fix it
if you have access to the eshop you dont need to delete your NNID and make a new one just delete the smash bros update cia and get the update via the eshop if you dont have the eshop in you country you will have to delete your NNID and get a new one then change your region settings to the united states delete the smash bros update cia and then download it via the eshop.
