Hacking SX OS OFW 12.0.2

I don't think I have perms to PM. Can you write a "quick rundown" on the process of running both SX and Atmo on same card? Or maybe you can PM me? To clarify, I'm indeed SX OS user (no hw mod), looking to migrate to Atmo.

What does backported mean?

I am massively out of the loop here as havent downloaded or updated switch for like a year (using sxos, previously updated via choidj..)

In theory, can i just keep loading new games through tinfoil without needing to be on the latest firmware?

No because you cannot downgrade games lower than the SDK used. Once more and more games use SDK 12.0, then the usefulness of SX OS will diminish.

can anyone tell me if is possible to patch astria asncending to run on firmyare lower than 12.00 my switch have installed sx os version 10.2.0 and this is the first game to not run, so i assume that next ones that will come out will not run too on my switch.i dont want to change to athosmephere because im very dumb regarding this changes and i dont want to brick or mess with my switch.can i still patch this game and maybe a few along the next month or its impossible.any help will be appreciate.

you can patch them yourself using switch army knife or nscbuilder and find out. or look online and find a patched one.

i also suggest updating your firmware to 11.0. thats is the latest firmware that sx supports. youll need sx os 3.1
