Hacking Ez-flash jr. not working

Hi community!
I havr got ez-flash jr. from aliexpress. All was fine..
Today was tested japanes adapter (DMG-03) for DMG gameboy. I used reduction from 220V->110V. Inside DMG was Ez-flash cartridge. I turned on, and it was working. After next turn on/off is ez-flash death. It is not possible read it in gameboy
I was tried change battery, control microSD, tried battery from another ez-flash, hold reset button on cartridge but nothing happent...

Have anybody knowledge, if something help?

yes it was tried to another device... on dmg and on gbc
