Both still boot on my side. Try replacing your ROMs, as they might be corrupted.
did so multiple times now and still get stuck. Only thing out of the ordinary I've done was patching in the widescreen after I saw it was back with this update. But even turning external patching on Luma's select screen wont change it. No idea what might be causing it then :(

@Robz8 , you're not going to believe this, but remember how artwork wasn't appearing on the home screen with my nds? well, I just updated my 3ds and nds to the latest version of twilight menu++, and lo an d behold, artwork on the home screen works!
I indeed believe it, because it seems I've fixed the bug.

well, tbh, I figured it would never be fixed, since you said you didn't encounter it (I assume you have a supercard dstwo) unless you found what was causing it with a previous version I didn't update to. I check back every couple of weeks, so it's possible you mentioned it, but I didn't see it. I don't think it mentions it on the latest version. ;)

HI! Is there a way to boot "Twilight++ Last-ROM" app via the Unlaunch combo button hotkey ? Can't find it on the list. Just the Twilight++. Thanks!
/title/00030015/534c524e/content/00000000.app, it'll still be called TWiLight Menu++
Alternatively, hold B while TWiLight Menu++ is starting, if you aren't directly booting one of the menu srldr files

Found it, but when i press the combination for boot the Last-Rom app, it's loading Twilight Menu++ instead.
EDIT: I'll use the B combination on twilight Menu booting, works fine too. Thanks!

v21.1.1

Includes nds-bootstrap v0.44.2

Improvements
  • (@Pk11 and various) Updated translations.
  • A minor update to the bar movement effect in the TWLMenu++ splash screen.
Bug fix
  • DSi users: When running outside of Unlaunch, the DSi binaries are no longer checked, since DSi-Enhanced games only run in DS mode, when not using Unlaunch.

The instructions for getting your DSiWare as .NDS states that you should Move your .nds, .pub, and .prv files into "sd:/roms/dsiware", which is no longer true as of 21.0.0, right? @Robz8
Right.
can I use gbapatcher
If you mean the .srldr file, you can only use it by launching a GBA ROM with a Slot-2 flashcard inserted.
and can u help me with patcher using on Burn2Slot?
I assume I need to own a bootleg GBA flashcard for that?
I can't help you then, if that's the case.

I have a strange problem with a save file of Gyakuten Kenji 2/Ace Attorney Investigations 2. I use flashcart and an AP patched English rom, latest Twilight++.

For some strange reason the save file for this game always appears in the same folder as all my DS roms, not in /saves folder. And if I place the save in correct directory, the game doesn't see it anymore and suggests to create a new save file, which will be placed among the roms and not in /saves. This problem only appears with this specific game, any other rom works just fine, with saves placed in the correct directory. I tried to just play the game, but the save file eventually gets corrupted and I can't continue.

Any idea why it happens and what can be done?

Please upload "nds-bootstrap.ini" from "sd:/_nds/".

It's the wrong game. Please re-upload, after launching Ace Attorney Investigations 2.
Yeah, I know but I launched and even saved AAI2 and there's an old line about Trauma Center in nds-bootstrap.ini. I don't know what's wrong.
I'll try to delete .sav and create a new one.

Delete the .ini file, and then re-launch the game.
Well, the new .ini file doesn't have the line about saves at all... I deleted old .sav and created a new, it's in nds roms folder as earlier.

The .ini file definitely looks wrong.
Try holding A+B+X+Y on TWLMenu++ launch, to reset the TWLMenu++ Settings.

After settings reset AAI2 doesn't launch anymore, "This game requires a donor ROM to run. Please set an existing DS SDK5 game as donor ROM."
I guess this rom is cursed and I need to move to another game.
