Hacking How to get an old hacked Wii U going again?

Hi,

I have a Wii U Premium with SD and external HD. It is set up with some kind off softmod and this was done around 2016. From what I understand you should visit the browser and use the bookmarked link, the problem is that this link is not working anymore so its not possible to get further? Could I just update the URL to lets say this : http://wiiuexploit.xyz/? Or should I update the software on the SD as well? If so, what guide is best(up to date)?

can't tell you the title key site as it's against the rules, but afaik, it's still around. it's not too difficult to find.

if you're still using the browser exploit, you could try indexiine, then install haxchi. I've never used indexiine though, so I don't know how easy it is to setup. I think it's just press A with the installer or something though. you do need to get in the browser to install haxchi (requires a legit ds game) or you can wait for aroma (whenever this is coming out), which will install something to a system app. it might also require the browser exploit to get your foot in the door, but I'm not sure. you can also self-host the exploit. I have the files for I think 5.5.1 and below (I'm on 5.5.1), then use something xampp on the pc to send the files.

I get in to the ha homebrrew launcher with the Browserhax. I downloaded and installed WUP installer and Loadiine GX2. I have backups on both the SD card and connected Harddrive but I can still not do anything?

The guide said that I would be able to start the homebrew launcher from WiiMaker channel but that does not work.

First I tried install game with DLC with WUP and it did not like the DLC at all so it failed. On internet some have said it would work but most says that DLC do not work with WUP. The good thing with WUP is that games can be installed to the main screen.

I then tried Loadiine but no backups was shown and when clicking the Set Path in setting nothing happened.

I do not own any game from the online store.

Den version of the firmware is 5.5.3 or something like that.

But you still need a legit DS game installed still right? There is no way to run the exploit without one right?
