thats how we learn and move things forward :)
Hi PRB,

Hope all is good. Is it worth updating from 7.02 to 7.5X now? Happy to wait if required, just wanted to see your opinion (i'm still using the ESP method)

Hey Prb. What really is the difference in V2? I though V3 literally had everything V2 has?
V2ISH has pretty much the whole menu written in script it also uses js blobs for its payloads which is like a dirty way of loading payloads plus it uses a ton of css to make it work which again is not great and can cause more out of memory errors
V3IN is more like a traditional ps4 exploit menu it's actually based on @Leeful v10 for 6.72 and like v10 it uses bin payloads which is a far cleaner way of loading payloads and less unlikely to kp or freeze when loading
It's much more balanced between html and script

To most people they look the same
But any developer would know that V3IN
Is a far more advanced menu
Tbh I only updated v2ish as people have
Different success with different model of ps4's
And different host

Hope that kind of explains things

Very good explanation! Interesting how there is a much different way of doing it. For me at least on the Ps4 pro, the latest V3 you posted seems to have the best success by far. Thank you my friend!

Just spent a couple of hours on the new exploit.
Took forever to load the webkit once I got it to load said exploit loades and the hen loaded but no debug settings.
A fail here :(

The first time I tried the V3 versions (ESP and selfhost), they took absolutely ages to get the webkit to go through and eventually when they did, I'd get a KP each time I'd run the exploit.

I deleted the cache and recached the V3 lite version and now it runs better than the V2 esp version that worked better for me previously.

Thank you as always Prb

I'm using it and it works fairly well. Putting things in rest mode helps too. I'm not complaining at all. Just reporting what's happening.
I clear everything every time when using the exploits. I just never had such a tough time getting a webkit to load.
I thank you as well Prb. Things are getting better!

well, both webkit and kernel are pretty unstable on 7.5x. it's not @Prb 's fault. it's just the nature of the exploit. it should get more reliable over time.

V3 is still pretty stable for me. Sure you get some out of memory error and some KP's but it has never taken me more than 10 min tops and rest mode works perfectly.

I got this ps4 at launch and never updated since 9.0

You got a good chance of buying a used one and asking the seller how often they used or even ask for a Pic of fw and telling them not to update

Speaking of PLaystation. I see Evilnat put out a beta for PS3 CFW 4.91.2 on the 22nd.
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Don't really see the point in updating it tbh
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you right, I thought about updating my PS3 CFW to 4.91, but why really, everything plays fine now. I guess for people that have already updated past 4.9 it would be helpful.

Thats true, personally I don't play it online at all, in fact, I deleted all wifi details on it once I installed CFW, so it won't connect and auto-update itself
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I play most games that are on both PS3/360 strickly on the 360, but PS3 exclusives are really only games I play on the PS3 (You know me, I'm more of a Xbox junkie)

Ps3 really has no titles worth going online over nps is the only reason you'd want wifi
