Hacking SX dongle + injector wont work on 12.0.0

hello guys i accidently updated my switch to 12.0.0 and now my sx injector only load a black screen is the boot.dat 3.1.0 beta outdated? What can i do please? i need other solution knowing that i only have at my disposal the sx gonle + injector + microSD cards thank you for your time.

SX OS doesn't work above 11.0.0.

Install AtmosphereNX and downgrade back to 11.0 using daybreak. The your sxos will work again.

Getting flashbacks to Gateway, only works up to fw11 emunand (and only cos of community help). I wonder if there will be any updates for sx users past this point, given what's happened.

At least you should be able to keep updated with SpacecraftNX so your modchip doesn't get left behind, you can use that to downgrade as mrdude said, although if you don't care about xci loading you could just switch to atmosphere completely, cos I think that's updated to support the latest fw as of now

I think you can still use your sx injector, you just have to load a different payload onto it. Doesn't the sx dongle let you pick on boot whether you want to go to SX or load another payload? You could just place it on the root of your sd card for the dongle to detect it and you just select that to launch atmosphere.

Just follow the guide to setup atmosphere, but when it comes to loading the payload put it on the sd card like I mentioned, then use the sx dongle and load external payload then select the fusee-primary.bin (unless it auto selects it, I don't have that dongle though so I can't see for myself).

There's also this website that turns the fusee-primary payload into a boot.dat. I have no idea if it works well, or at all, but here's the link (I'd assume it works, but hopefully someone can add their opinion on it)

You'd have to do that every time the primary payload gets updated though, thankfully every update of atmosphere tells you if the primary payload was updated or not (so you don't need to redo the payload every atmosphere update, just when the fusee-primary.bin is updated)

Also I stupidly thought you had the modchip, but if it's just the dongle then you don't need SpacecraftNX so I've edited that comment so it doesn't cause any confusion, sorry about that.

You don't have to go through all that, you can just use the SX gear payload to load straight into whatever payload you want. Just stick sx gear boot.dat + whatever payload you want renamed to payload.bin on the sd and the dongle will boot straight into like any other injector. No need for conversion or going through the "other payload" menu like with the standard boot.dat.
