I gave up on atmosphere after two days of failures. My both system and emulated firmware are 12.0.0 (old console). I don't only want to downgrade my emuNAND, but also my sysNAND.

I could replace sysNAND with my 11.0.1 NAND backup. I believe if I do that there will be a fuse count issue. But I don't know is that a thing I should never do?

There are people say you can still access the sysNAND by CFW even the fuse count mismatched. Is that mean I can update the system firmware in sysNAND to fix the fuse count mismatch in future?

Atmosphere supports 12.0.0. There is no reason to downgrade.
It not about FW 12.0.0. Its about atmosphere. Guess I never gona understand it. Every time one problem solved, two more problems came up. I just want to back to SX OS now.

There is a good chance SX OS will never be updated to support anything above 11.0.0 (so 11.0.1 wouldn't work with SX OS either). Atmosphere is recommended, and it's stable. What problems are you having?

If u so kind to explain, some of the issues I got are,
1. I can't install tinfoil by any installer, It only leaves a blank icon that loading forever (I use fusee primary bin and dont have hekate)
2. All my installed games require an online verification. sysNAND or sysNAND.
3. I can only launch hbmenu by press R and select any game once every time I power up the console. If I do it again the console will black screen and I have to reboot it.
4. None of the homebrew can access my usb drive.

1 and 2: Make sure you have these signature patches:
https://github.com/ITotalJustice/patches/releases (incomplete, as of this post)
https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatches-for-atmosphere-hekate-fss0-fusee-secondary-only.571543/
You should also uninstall Tinfoil from your home menu before trying to install it again.

3. Delete the atmosphere folder on your SD card, redownload a clean version of the latest version of Atmosphere, and put it onto your SD card. You may also have to wait for certain homebrew applications to be updated to support 12.0.0.

It is also recommended that you make sure your SD card is formatted as FAT32, not exFAT.

4. I don't know if homebrew can access files on USB drives. What homebrew application in particular are you using that requires you to access files on a USB drive? I'm not sure what you would need a USB drive for if you're not launching XCI files (which you cannot do with Atmosphere).

In the future, you should block updates on any sysMMC or emuMMC you plan on using with CFW (using something like 90DNS or Atmosphere's Incognito function), and you should only update your system version when you know Atmosphere, signature patches, and important homebrew applications are compatible.

Thank you very much. I replaced the signatures now I can open tinfoil. But I still cant install games due to filed to import ticket. And every time I try to use tinfoil access my USB drive an atmosphere error pops up.

I followed the guide step by step and now my Switch just has a black screen after trying to load cfw, so be careful if you try this. I guess I'm going to throw this one away and find another one.

These patches are apparently complete now. Redownload these and put them onto your SD card.

Your Switch probably isn't bricked, and it probably doesn't need to be thrown away. What did you do to it? Which guide are you talking about?

I used this guide https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade.html

Everything went as it should to downgrade to 11.0.1, but I can't get Atmosphere to boot or even the system to boot. Everything I try stays on a black screen.

EDIT: Not sure if this helps or not, but this is what Lockpick ouputs. I tried to go back to 6.0.0 to see if maybe the firmware was this issue, but that didn't work either.

I have putted those 2 signature folders in atmosphere folder. But still every NSP I installed pops up "Fail to import ticket! this is usually caused by missing sigpatches for your firmware or a corrupted ticket database" error. I even turn on the "install unsigned code" and it doesn't work anyway. The only game I successfully installed and played is a patched XCI.

If you are using Hekate fss0 (fusee-secondary) you need the other patches instead.

How was the SD card formatted when you tried to launch Atmosphere? And how did you downgrade to 6.0?
