I completely reset a used Vita, even added a new psn account and formated the memory card. Vita model 110x (yes the one with the 3G thing), I am on firmware 3.65.

How do I remove the nag that I don't have a sim card?
Edit: Removed it by disabling mobile on the Internet options.

I can connect it to Qcma wirh no problems but not to Final h-encore.

What I am doing wrong?

Edit2: Nevermind got it to work using this guide:

https://psvitamod.com/auto-install-h-encore-on-3-69/

what firmware are you on?

did you remove the sim card module from the vita itself?

do you have an official Sony memory card?

Vita model 110x (yes the one with the 3G thing), I am on firmware 3.65.

I am not touching the hardware but did disable mobile networks, hope that helps.

Yes I have a 4 GB Sony Vita memory card, formated for the new psn account that made and everything.

Edit: also have a sdtovita thing, and a huge microsd card but that's for when I finally hack the Vita, downgrade to 3.60 (or not I have heard arguments for an against, like last vitacheat not working on 3.60, 360 being the golden firmware and bla bla bla) and finally play those Disgaea games.

Edit2: Of course I already made a backup of the recently reseted Vita just in case.

i think i found your problem. you see if you on 3.73 you use Final h-encore v1.92

if on any other use Final h-encore v1.91. I Think.

https://github.com/soarqin/finalhe/releases/tag/v1.92

since no other changes, please download other data files from 1.91 release

i have two vitas one was hacked during being hacked. and the other on 3.73 so i downgraded it. so im bit like it should work.

please update with your progess.

Nope, Qcma is working, Final h-encore is not.

Will try with v1.81.

Edit: Works even worse, as it makes Qcma give me connection errors.

Honesty this must be a Windows 7 64 bits thing.

Tomorrow I will try on Linux Mint.

Edit: To sum up I get either a update pront or a "An error has occured. (C0-13293-8)".

If I can't prevent the Vita from trying to update then I can't connect to the PSN and if I can't connect to the PSN then I will have to use the manual method.

Hi amigo Raxadian, only a advice before trying more complicate workarounds,...try other other USB ports or another PC, I believe so many times bad working USB port, interference or something related to their Windows setup mess when connecting devices as the PSVita or cellphones in "service" or fastboot mode etc

The problems I get is because if I get online my Vita tries to update not due to the USB port.

Anyway gonna do the offline hacking.

Edit: Nevermind got it to work using this guide:

https://psvitamod.com/auto-install-h-encore-on-3-69/

Edit2:

I went to Settings -> Network -> (Select your current connection) -> Advanced settings -> Set "DNS Settings" to "Manual" -> Set "Primary DNS" to 212.47.229.76 -> (Leave "Secondary DNS" blank-> Ensure "Proxy Server" is set to "Do not Use". Then go back and update your system.

The system will update to 3.6 and the VITA will think it's on the latest version and you'll be able to use QCMA now.

Edit: Ugh, basically you first have to connect with the USB cable with your vita being in offline mode, then connect to PC, then launch Final H(e) Then switch to wifi and then it works. If it doesn't, close Qcma and then start it again.
