Thanks for that, I hadn't heard of such a program before. I've been spending many hours searching disparate MS help posts and update guides trying to get my Win 7 install's .NET framework to a recent enough level to open the WiiVC Injector.
*Edit* Got it working on Windows 7 Ultimate x64! Had to troubleshoot broken Windows Update and manually install .NET 4.6.2, but now WiiVC Injector works like a charm

Há now its woks!!!! after patching the video to ntsc to pal it works fine at avanced options
the gamepad also works as classic controller (sadly without the left analogic)

i already read from @cucholix's post, the patch process need wstrt.exe & cygwin1.dll, but when i click .bat file, suddenly show error warning
wstrt.exe - Application Error
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b).
Click OK to close the application.
is there any solution for this issue?

patch tools: szs.wiimm.de choose the newest one
replace with modifed dol using scrubber
directly try to wii u (without dolphin first)
and voila!
So, I ran into the same issue and got not only the problem solved but also created a patch for the European version (SF8P01)! Because I had a problem with the DLL as well and even after I inserted it I trialed and errored my way through this.
It's like @cucholix described:
- Open your ISO with WiiScrubber
- In DATA partition look for main.dol file, right click extract and save it on DKRC CC patch folder
- In the DKRC CC patch folder open apply_patch.bat
- With the main.dol patched go to WiiScrubber again, select main.dol right click replace and select the patched main.dol
- ???
- Profit
01) CLEAN ISO
Since there should be a clean ISO, I ripped my own copy via CleanRip to an NTFS formatted 64gb SD card sticking into a USB card reader. Half of my USB sticks couldn't be recognized, neither could my external HDDs. So it depends on the read-write speed I guess. The clean ISO is 4.589.824 KB in size!
02) WIISCRUBBER
For getting WiiScrubber to work I had to create the key.bin and the kkey.bin. This has to be done via "MakeKeyBin.exe" which is part of the WiiScrubber package. That was the easy part.
03) WSTRT.EXE & CYGWIN1.DLL
I also didn't get the batch file to work. First I had to download the newest version of Wiimmfi's SZS Tool Set via szs.wiimm.de like @karkarov1 said and replaced the old wstrt.exe with the freshly downloaded one. Next step was about the missing cygwin1.dll. I downloaded it from DLL-files.com and restarted my PC (mandatory). Problem was, that the DLL seemed to be old. I got an Error message stating that there's something missing in cygcrypto-1.1.dll. I downloaded and installed Cygwin Setup-x86_64 where x86 is for 32bit systems and 64 for 64bit systems. Now it finally did the job.
04) EDITING THE BATCH FILE & MAKE NEW GCT FILE
To make the patch available for the PAL version I opened the .bat file in a text editor to see what the file was actually doing. It just said "wstrt patch main.dol --add-section SF8E01.gct". While SF8E01 is the ID for Donkey Kong Country Returns (USA) I swapped the ID with SF8P01 and made a new cheat file (.gct) containing the European code for the Classic Controller Availability found on PSX-Tools.de.
05) REPLACING THE MAIN.DOL
Now I patched the main.dol (unfortunately there's no hint that anything went succesfully or sth like that) and replaced it with the original main.dol of my ISO. Saving after replacing the file isn't necessary if you might ask. It's done right at this point.
I really hope I could help anyone who is going through the same struggle.

Are you talking to me? What exactly are you doing? Does this message appear via WiiScrubber or WSTRT?
The program can't inject any wii games. Whenever I start it, in the middle of the process I get a message saying that it can't find "ISOEXTRACT" in "Appdata\Local/Temp\WiiVCInjector\SOURCETEMP"; there's an option to continue but the program is basically stuck after that. I tried changing the program's and rom's names to simpler ones and putting them on desktop or an sd card but nothing worked. What should I do?
Well, to anyone. And I'm trying to inject a GameCube game with this injector. The message appears from the application (if it helps, I'm running it on a VM on Mac. Wine, to be exact.)
Is there any risk in changing the title ID besides overriding an existing game with the same ID by accident? Is there a specific ruleset like which numbers have to be in the title and which aren't allowed? Reason I ask is I want to install Wiimm's Mario Kart Wii Retro 2015-05 and it has the same ID as Mario Kart Wii original. I'd just change it from
00050002524D4350 to
00050002524D435R or sth like that.

Hmmm... does it appear with Wii games, too? I'd suggest that you have to use a decent Windows version instead of an emulated one because MAYBE there are some files missing or incompatibilities within the Virtual Machine. I'm not sure about this. I will come to make GameCube injects myself this weekend. But until now everything worked just fine.

WUP Installer always tells me that this is not a game, game update, DLC, demo or version title...

I don't have Wii Remote, its it possible to use Nintendont without Wii Remote.
This injector already uses Nintendont. You can still use it. Do you have Memcard Emulation turned on in your Nintendont SD Card options for the injector?
I believe i did, how do I make sure memcard emulation are turned on?
You can double check by clicking the Nintendont SD Card Menu button in the upper right on the first screen of the injector. It’s under where you select GC Retail Injection.
