ROM Hack Creating treasure island on acnh with MacBook Pro

I hope whoever reads this is well! I absolutely love the acnh game and I do enjoy visiting treasure islands to help with obtaining items I don't have time to come across in the game since life can't be revolved around gaming unfortunately. I do have a extra switch and would love to create a treasure island for myself, and help others!. I do have a MacBook Pro 2018. I would love if anyone can help assist me in figuring this out please. I would greatly appreciate it so much. Im afraid of doing something wrong and a lot of threads talk about pc, not sure if iOS would work with this project I wouldn't mind starting.

It would be more hard to do, but look for mobile spawner
