Hardware SD Card Reader Not Detected - PINS are FINE

I just received a Switch in the mail to repair, everything is working except for the SD Card Reader. I swapped with a known working SD card reader, and same thing. The pins are actually pretty darn immaculate. I don't see anything obvious. Are there any CAPS or fuses to check? Anything else I can be checking? Trying to run Hekate, and it refuses to detect the reader. Picture attached.

I had one looks good but actually broken/loose soldering joint socket today.

FIXED!!! So stupid... a pin or 2 didn't have a good solder connection to the board.... Fluxed it, then used my chizel tip and made a few passes and both sides re-flowing all pins. Works like a champ now.
