Looking for a portable monitor for my switch. Any recommendations?

I’m not super picky when it comes to picture quality. Just want something that provides an audio upgrade over the switch’s speakers, while having a durable stand. Open to various screen sizes too. Thanks.

Except that not what he asking for, he is asking for something portable.
That's true. But don't understand the point really. Unless the portable monitor was battery powered, but the switch must be in dock mode with power, to output to TV anyways. Could easily make any TV portable, make your own case, handle, etc. Guess everyone has they're own intentions tho. Good luck with anyways..

There's a portable monitor with a built-in battery which is rechargeable. Plus, you can just connect directly usb-c to usb-c from switch to the monitor for the output. The only drawback is that it won't start the performance mode of a docked switch unless you have a cfw and you're willing to bet the battery for the performance.

I'm Just curious myself, cause I don't know, but If you hook usb c to usb c to monitor, how does the switch know to send video across usb c instead of on the switch screen itself. I've never heard of this before.

Just look at ebay or amazon for portable usb-c monitor. there a alot of 15" portable usb-c monitor. Here in germany they cost around 150-200 euro.
For myself its way to expensive but they are complete portable and can be powered with a power bank!

Probably a Lepow 15.6 Portable monitor, most portable monitors are like 15.6 that is pretty small compare to like 20+ inches screen.

Yeah the Lepow’s were the ones I saw referenced the most. Have you used them before? Should I expect a substantial audio upgrade over the switch’s speakers? And are they known for being able to last a few years?

No I don't own a Lepow, what I suggested is base on review, I own a different portable monitor instead, but it is for work purpose not for switch gaming.

I'm still wondering about this?
