Question Download function has Reply with a Like icon

Any chance you can link the download you're seeing that on? On the few I looked at I don't have a 'like' function whatsoever on the comments/reviews, just the main item itself... which itself may be a separate permissions issue with moderators lol.

I don't see it either, but maybe this "reply" feature is only available to the uploader?
