ROM Hack Pokémon Sword & Shield (v1.3.0) CFW/EMU Cheat Codes

Hi guys! I read the whole thread trying to get Spiritomb to no avail! I have Pokémon Sword and the build I’d matches the one on the first page.
First, I tried the code from the first page. I activated it, made camp but the tomb message never changes nor does Spiritomb appear.
Then I tried PKHex (201031) and encountered the same issue as @WarDarkFox. I can change the bool but can’t find the number to change to 32.
Then, I tried what @tomx86 suggested, but no cigar.

finally, I tried looking for the labels @Th3Alic3 mentions, but found nothing!

The code work for me, nothing to do, spiritomb appears in front of the tomb...

Ok, so I'm editing my post because I was able to get Spiritomb to appear once. The code did not work to make it reappear.

This is what I did:

• Backed up my save using Checkpoint and opened it with PkHex.
• Edited Block Data 1895E693. It was set to Bool 2 so I changed it to Bool 1 and save the change.
• Copied the save back to the switch the restored the modified save.
• Flew to the tomb and Spiritomb was there without using the cheat code.

Anyway, thanks to you I was still able to catch it so I'm happy

Hi the block data "31A13425" where you change the number to 32 was renamed to "*UInt32 KPlayersInteractedOnline" in PKHex (201031).

So I'm using Edizon, the overlay more specifically, but anytime I try and enable them like let's say an "always encounter" or "holding buttons for shiny or instakill", my game crashes. Any ideas or suggestions as to why? I've already set it in the config file to where cheats don't auto load which I know causes crashes, so that's not the issue.

If you are not using a legitimate copy of the game, and are using a xci or a nsp version your are gonna need to get a better copy of either the xci or nsp version of the game, or buy the game. Due of the fact that some of the xci's, or nsp copies of these games the game code that the game reads, and writes may not be the same as a legitimate copy or a legit nsp copy.

What does the +0x30 mean for Shield?

You will notice some of the cheats are not identical between versions (that ties into it.) The massive code post I have above that on Page 1 already did the work for you so you need not worry about it.

Edizon, the overlay more specifically, but anytime I try and enable them... my game crashes.

It's possible the overlay version you have installed is not the matching version of EdiZon.

alice is correct actually i was having issues till i got a better nsp copy of sword and shield and guess what it works

@danver, unfortunately, a lot of people do not like being told that piracy is bad. These people will blindly defend their "right to steal" and ignore the topic of the conversation. Happy it worked out for you!

The issue we are discussing has nothing to do with piracy specifically.

The simple fact is that many people are/were experiencing issues with the cheat codes due to a "bad" digital copy of the games. It's unavoidable when many so players are in a rush to play the game immediate day one to end up with a lot of players left with "rushed" digital copies! Sometimes people get lucky and the rushed copies are perfect back-ups, however, as evidence from these conversations many people ended up with imperfect back-ups in which the ONLY solution is to replace those bad digital copies with good ones.

(This forum is neither the place for time for the opinions of piracy.)

Are there any codes to make a specific pokemon come as a camp encounter?

This memory sector has never been mapped otherwise someone would had created a Pokémon Always visit your Camp.

If not or I can find a tutorial to learn how to create cheat codes

@xcutioner465, it's time to learn! You need to make your .TXT cheat files. (There's an expectation here that everyone knows how to manually edit their cheat code database on their console.)

TLDR (cause I have explained this enough): This is not a memory edit cheat code... it is a programming cheat code. So, there's no part of the cheat which contains the value 999 (hex "3E7") for us to edit to 995 (hex "3E3")..

The programmer needs to create the game source edit to create a new cheat from that. (Good luck with that since the current cheat when used on it's own doesn't create glitches or broken inventory.)

I think you misunderstood me, if the code is deactivated, your pokemon would change back to normal, it is only shiny with the code activated. So for example if you battle a friend, he would not be able to see it shiny.

Would still be interested in a code like this, thank you

I have the same issue as well, when I have the code active and enter a pokemon encounter it crashes the game.
