What would that do, exactly? What does PPSSPP have that Adrenaline doesn't?
i think PPSSPP will hold the higher resolution " Native to vita " better than GePatch is doing atm ....

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

probably online support and PS Vita processing access
PPSSPP didn't work out so well for WIIU unfortunately im still waiting for a update that most likely never happen but still i like the PPSSPP interface more cleaner & its a excellent emulator on every platform ....

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

In theory higher resolution rendering than you get in adrenaline
yeah exactly i feel the same way ..it must be a easier job than getting GePatch working 100 % im guessing ....

i don't see how or why this would work, PPSSPP doesn't run very good above 1x res on the nvidia shield portable from 2014, i don't see why it would run well at more than 1x on the vita, unless it's somehow taking advantage of the built-in PSP hardware

doesn't ppsspp also still have compatability problems?

Im not sure how they will pull it off atm .. ive not had much compatability issues with ppsspp on pc or my phone .. it was pretty bad on WiiU .. just have to wait and see ..

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

i am questioning if its emulation or if its just the nintendont deal
I Dunno yet could be GPU or EMU >>??<<

I don't see how comparing the shield to the vita works. AFAIK, the Vita does a better job overall at playing PSP games than the Shield.

because the vita has psp hardware, and doesn't use emulation, ppsspp is an emulator that is also on android, and without significant modification, won't tap into the psp hardware in a vita
the shield is an android device that is newer and significantly more powerful than a vita, yet somehow emulates psp terribly above a certain threshold
if the shield can barely emulate psp games, how is the vita supposed to run a psp emulator at a reasonable speed?

I think I know what's going on.

TheFlow is trying to make the GPU part of PPSSPP, to work with Adrenaline so the graphics part will be enhanced.

At first I thought why would a PSP emulator be needed on Vita as we already have Adrenaline, but the capture @SuperDan showed us maked it clearer for me.

I'm looking forward for a public release of this one, I'm very excited!

I would love to play those PSP games on a graphic quality achieved by the recent port of GTA!

Thank you both, TheFlow and Rinnegatamante!
