As much as I'm a fanboy of Nintendo, this suing spree really makes me disappointed in the company. I wish they'd be booed off the stage at e3. Hopefully, then they'd get the message. I remember Miyamoto bitching that westerners only cared about graphics after dkc came out just because westerners made a better game than him.
