i test usb with a tool and is good but tegra rcm in the pc dont start
i have another switch and start good in rcm mode, is not my pc or another piece

what can by, usb port c or another component in the main board?

If I understood you correctly, I think its possible you have a v1 patched, or v2 motherboard console. Your other console that works is a v1 unpatched one.

is unpatched, dongle or others dispositives via usb c dont work nothing
only charge and dock works great via usb c
