thanks a lot.
The N3DS is working,There is wrong with camera.
I disable it. 3DS working. But every ico when me touch, system freeze!
How can i fix it?
:(

Is your model a New 3DS or New 3DS XL? The symptoms with the black screens with HOME Menu sound could be slightly different between the two.

If this is a New 3DS (not XL), replacing the camera may be the only way to fix this.

Thanks a lot for reply。
Every time the 3DS starts up, it takes about 60 seconds to 90 seconds. Could this be a problem with the camera?

If I'm not mistaken, in some cases this can be caused by corrupt home menu extdata.

Does everything work correctly when the SD card is removed? Did you have CFW installed? And did you install a custom theme?

...Actually, if nothing comes up in recovery mode, that's kind of unlikely.

In your earlier post you said, "Recovery Mode can`t display! it still blackscreen, but backlight still working。" So is it "normal", or not? You must try to describe these things accurately: if the screens work in Recovery Mode then it is pointless trying to look for a hardware problem.

I did not install the SD port when I tested.
I'm afraid I have no idea what this means. My question was: Does everything work correctly when the SD card is removed?

Can you try to tell us how you fixed it, then? You wrote "There is wrong with camera. I disable it. 3DS working. But every ico when me touch, system freeze!" so I do not understand what you did and if the system is still freezing.

I ask again: does it start up properly when the SD card is removed?

The first fault is a black screen.I removed the ribbon of the camera.
N3DS can be turned on. But the boot is very slow. The boot time is about 90 seconds.
The cursor of the game console can move after booting, and the system freezes when you open the APP.
I have always removed the SD card port for testing.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

If the n3DS boots to HOME Menu with working screens, see if the battery trick fixes the slow load time.
Remove the battery, press and hold the (Power) button for 30 seconds, press several more times, reinsert the battery, and then turn on the o3DS without the SD card and without a game cart.
Try booting Recovery Mode, GodMode9, Luma3DS configuration, and HOME Menu.

I tryed。My N3DS isOriginal system。 Upgrade to the latest system through the recovery mode, but it does not work, it is still very slow, and then the opened application freezes in the home menu。All programs that can see the 3DS with a black background when opened cannot be opened. Will freeze in the start menu. The touch screen and buttons are disabled.

At time mark (t) =1m:42s, your n3DS has the microSD card slot reader missing.

-snip-
I removed ribbon of camera ,and game card, and SD port。
-snip-
You're going to need to add those back to get the n3DS working again.
