I recently updated to Atmosphere 14.4 and put the new sigpatches like I always do but now when I try to play the new game hades it freezes on switch logo at the beginning. Is it sigpatches or game or my switch? Im on 10.2 emummc. and yes i use fusee primary and every other game works fine.
By any chance, are you using mission-control? I was and that turned out to be the problem.
I did a clean atmosphere install and it solved the problem but only because I deleted mission-control's folders along with it, as soon as I reinstalled them it happened again, then as soon as I deleted them it started working again.
Not sure why it happens though.

I wanted to firstly thank the OP for providing these sigpatches! They are very much appreciated.

The main reason I am posting here is because I used these sigpatches and my Switch said that SM3DAS was corrupt. I had made the incorrect assumption that I was using fusee-primary but I am using Hekate/fss0/fusee-secondary. When I used the patches from your other thread, I was successful in loading and running the game. My suggestion: Can you edit the first post of each thread to point to the other with maybe a little more clarification on which one to use. Yes, some of us (me) are too dumb to figure it out sometimes. Thanks!

It not only literally states in the title which bootloader these patches work but also in the first post.
New sigpatches, work on the newest atmosphere as of September 17th 2020.

To use these patches, merge the atmosphere folder inside the download with the folder on your root.
They work for both signed nsps and converts/homebrew

This pack contains a new loader patch that has been modified to work with the latest atmosphere. I will try to continue updating this thread as new versions come out.

These are atmosphere sigpatches, not fss0, so they require using fusee primary (directly or through hekate) to work.

Do I use Hekate? Yes
Do I use Atmosphere? Yes
Was fusee-primary updated when I updated Atmosphere? Yes

This led me to believe that I should use the sigpatches in this thread. When I Googled further I found the other thread which I did not believe applied to me but I tried it anyway. I figured it out on my own and I am offering a suggestion that may help others: Put a link in the top of each thread pointing to the other, and clarify their usage just a bit more.

Or, I don't really care. With people like you giving me trouble. I won't be posting again.

And I'm supposed to care that you're not posting again? The Switch hacking community was doing fine before this post and will continue doing fine with or without you. The fact alone that you're not willing to post again means you have nothing of value to contribute anyways.

Yoyo community,

Last night I tried to update my atmosphere to new the version that has been released a couple of days ago, but without any success. I therefore continued with the older version of atmosphere and put everything back like how it used to be.

I wanted to download some other games on my switch but it told me that I had to update my sigpatches. This is the part where it gets weirder and weirder. it kept failing the installation after I tried a couple of times to install the game. I thought of myself that I really put everything back as it used to be. however, I tried a couple of things like placing my backup atmosphere folder over my current folder. nothing really seemed to work. I have to start all over again to make it work again.

Is there any link or something with a tutorial on how to do this all again for the new version of atmosphere?

Does the Hekate payload in whatever you're using as an injector match the version of the bootloader files on your SD card?

we really don't want people like you in the community who expect others to change things around just to keep you happy as you messed up, everyone is helping others here so please take your horrible behaviour elsewhere, i don't see no one giving you trouble. learn you was wrong and suck it up, that's how you learn and grow. anyway exit's to the left so, seeya.

Updated to latest atmosphere (14.4) by deleting the atmosphere and sept folders and adding the new ones. Applied sigpatches. Uses the new fusee primary payload (comes with atmosphere) and everything is working as intended. No more crashes on Mario 64. Goldleaf plus quark to install the games. I have always used sx os from day one. This is my first time with atmosphere and I am not disappointed at all. I am using both at the moment and I can't be happier. Just need a tutorial on how to play Link's Awakening with overclock and 60fps. Thank you all for helping. Will really appreciate the further help

Good question.. I have no clue how to look that up.. can you maybe give instructions of how to check this up? I downloaded a couple of fusee primary files and atmosphere files.. my desktop is kind of a mess

I think the latest Hekate is 5.3.3.
Google Hekate 5.3.3 and download the zip file
Extract this zip file and copy content to the SD card, this will update the bootloader on you SD card
Use the injector to inject payload Hekate 5.3.3

Hey bud, I tried exactly what you said to do by downloading the new Hekate 5.3.3 and extracted the zip file. I put the files on my sd folder, but the same issue still occures..
