Gaming Mario 3D Allstars - Crashing issue

Heeeeeey Idk if my commenr was postwd or no, but for those of you that your switch is showing that there was corrupted data, just set the date to sept the 18th and it will work like a charm.

Just thought of dropping it here.
Gave it a quick test, 9.2.0FW with Atmos 0.14.2, Galaxy and Sunshine boot up just fine, SM64 simply crashes the game when attempting to boot into it, even from a clean boot.

It doesn't crash the system tho, only the game, so it throws me back to the Home menu, nothing more.
Not like I give a shit about SM64 tho, since I have a QoL hack of the N64 one running in Mupen lol

Hello everyone!

Got a strange problem with Tinfoil and Super Mario All Stars.

If I’ll try to download the game, tinfoil crashes 2 minutes after the download started with the error message: An error has accrued...

All other games are no problem to download.

I am on
10.1.0

AMS 0.14.1/E

Does someone has an idea to fix this?

If I close tinfoil, the system tells me to update my system also.

all 3 don't work for me, game itself starts but when I try one of those 3 emulators, it just crashes and tells me that I have corrupted data

after the check it says "no corrupt data found"

don't know what to do, will probably wait tho

NSW Firmware 10.1.0
System clock is after Sept 18 (though I know that was a longshot)
Same issue as most everyone; It's fine going in with no save, but once a save file is created for M64 and I re-enter the game, I get "The software was closed because an error occurred." during loading
The other titles work fine

This is less of a complaint / looking for solution and more of a report that it's also happening to me and my setup.

Someone with the same issue said they tried a nsp from another source and it worked.

I thought the game required a new 10.x module or something, perhaps that’s the source of N64 woes?

The game as a whole requires the same master key, being 9.1.0-9.2.0 one iirc.
You can check with the XCI checker or whatever it is thats floating around :P
I didn't downgrade mine in any way, simply installed it with Goldleaf and that's it.

Sounds like Nintendo Implimented an anti piracy measure. i think your best to wait until friday and play it legally. Don't want your console banned or bricked trust me that would suck. My one switch i got modded with the hd capaticty to 128gb but is offline only and the only games play on that are Puyo Puyo Tetris and Taiko No Tatsujin.

the game uses master key 10, which is either firmware 9.1 or 9.2. However, the dark site says it requires firmware 10.1 if I recall correctly. It may be the SDK that's the problem.

Not quite, my bet is that the recent 10.2.0 firmware updated added something so SM64 works fine, but since we don't have sigpatches for that specific version (and latest Atmosphere) we can't test it yet.

That's certainly the closest to reason theory I have read. I was wondering the same a few hours ago.

We wait, I suppose. Or keep the trial and error going on in the meantime.

This makes no sense, why they would apply anti piracy measures only on SM64 instead of doing it for all 3 games? SM64 does not bother me at all, played the fan port a few months ago on my switch and looks much nicer than the one nintendo is giving us, this alone is a reason to not buy this title.

I'm on 10.0.4 and it works but I have the same freeze when exiting SM64 as everyone else.
The minimum version of the nsp is only set to 9.0.0 but may have been patched in the conversion.
