Yes I have to buy a specific DVD drive that can read GC/Wii discs and some specialized software

Works, but is a lot slower than simply using a Wii. Those drives are pretty old by today's standards – IDE drives which means you will need an older computer (USB enclosure might or might not work; an older computer is certainly better)
On the plus side: The LG drive was able to rip a scratched up discs where Wii and GC consoles gave up.

It is certainly easier and cheaper to use a Wii.

Thanks for the advice but for some reason when I tried extracting it from the Wii USB Loader GX & CleanRip it freezes on me.

Would you happen to try a USB key by any chance when the freezes happened? Those are likely to fail, for some reason.
Try dumping using the SD card, or a USB HDD with external power if possible.

Sorry I don't get what you meant by USB Key all I know is that I've followed this guy instructions and for some reason, it won't work!

When it tried to install a game. It worked for DK Jungle beat even though it has many scratches, but Mario Galaxy and Kirby only have a few scratches but it won't install completely.
