If you got to mount that far then should have your prodinfo still. Back that up immediately. Make a nand backup of your boot 0 and 1. You have basically done a half of a factory reset by deleting that folder. You are going to have to use manual choidujour method to return to a bootable horizon OS state.

This file contains NCM cache for SYSTEM nca. It should be rebuild on start or in the recovery mode. Atmosphere's reimplementation of ncm sysmodule contains code for rebuilding this from installed files.

It’s used to determine what titles are installed and doesn’t get rebuilt automatically.
Not having it results in a blackscreen upon pm trying to load non-builtin sysmodules.

I'm more confused now than I was in the beginning...I still haven't backed prodinfo cuz i have no clue where thay are located to begin with and don't know how to use the "manual choidujour method". Sorry if i'm being to pushy but i'm really scared about the future of my switch

Easiest way is incognito_rcm. Push the oayload and choose to back up your prodinfo

https://github.com/jimzrt/Incognito_RCM

Here is the manual guide on how to regenerate the file you need.

https://switch.homebrew.guide/usingcfw/manualchoiupgrade.html

This is also a newer method to do the above

https://suchmememanyskill.github.io/guides/unbrick/#mmc-rebuild

Read this guide , study it, bookmark it. It will explain 100% on how to safely and correctly get CFW running on your switch.

Np, thanks to the authors of the guides and tools as well. I strongly suggest you make a full nand backup now that it's fixed and keep it safe
